Patrolmen Garcia is a cop who is a part of 21st District.
Biography[]
In The Docks, Garcia is introduced bringing in a perp before Sgt. Trudy Platt called him over after Adam Ruzek asked for his help to call in a death threat. He was surprised that Intelligence needed him, while Platt tells him it was a time to shine and he contacted Pulpo's former lawyer, pretending to be the gangster by speaking Spanish and angrily threatening him. After the call, he was asked how he did and was praised by the convincing manner. Indeed, Pulpo's lawyer even became paranoid at the possible danger to his life.
In Chicken, Dynamite, Chainsaw, Garcia would be on the scene of an abandoned uber that is found, he would later show the Intelligence unit the site.
In We Don't Work Together Anymore, Garcia would get a new Patrol car from the new desk sergeant because the one he had was faulty.
In The Three Gs, Garcia along with Alvin Olinsky and Erin Lindsay would check a building because a man complained of a foul odor coming from it. The three went into the building where they would find the bodies of six girls, chained up. Following a man connected to this incident caring out a shooting nearby, the area would become a crime scene after this with Garcia still being on the scene. Garcia would attempt to prevent a man from getting close to the crime scene but when he explains that he believes his daughter is one of the girls he is let in.
In There's My Girl, Garcia would take over Trudy's desk job while she goes to talk to the higher ups about a tombstone for a friend.
In You Never Know Who's Who, Garcia happily plays along with Platt and Roman, on giving a dying boy, named Andrew a chance to play as a cop. Garcia would even go the extra mile of complimenting him.
In A Night Owl, Intelligence finds two bodies one of them belonging to a nine-year old boy. Garcia would walk into the crime scene and explained to them that a woman outside is looking for her son, Michael Perry, the same boy who is lying dead with a bullet in his head. Olinsky decided to be the one who tells the woman.
In She's Got Us, Garcia is on the scene of a family of five being murdered in their own house.
