Clay Carslon was a former United States Marine and one of Victor Cullen's hired pseudo-CIA agents.

Background[]

Clay Carlson was a former marine, he was discharged 2 years before the episode, due to his discharge he could not obtain privileges after leaving the army, so Clay would be contacted by Ryan Bergstrom, who offers him a job in a supposed program domestic CIA, called "Street Cleaner", which consisted of Ryan assassinating suspected terrorists and in general, people who were supposedly a threat to the country, this entire supposed operation was controlled by Victor Cullen, who was just a delusional old man who believed to be still a CIA agent, Clay along with another agent, John Radigan, would help Ryan commit 3 murders: Eddie Diaz a gangbanger who's lawyer managed to beat a manslaughter charge of a little girl, Josh Henderson a hacker of drained the bank accounts of elderly people and was put on probation and Terrence Jenkins a serial rapist of underaged girls who walked because the victims didn't want to testify. They used various weapons that Cullen provided them. Clay and John would steal an assault rifle from one of his military bases, a week before the episode Cullen dies of a heart attack.

You Never Know Who's Who[]

Clay along with Ryan and Radigan found out that Cullen was dead he along with Ray and John stole his body from the morgue so Ryan could later remove the chip Cullen was supposedly inside, Ryan is arrested and realizes that the entire home program was a lie and that Cullen was just an old man with mental problems, we can see it for the first time when Ryan and Alvin Olinsky, under the identity of Carl Jacobs, meet in a tower of a shopping center, supposedly to tell him to leave early the home show, Clay gets upset and asks Alvin about his badge, Clay finally calms down and follows Alvin and Ryan to an elevator, but inside the elevator Clay questions Alvin about a supposed mission Jacobs went on with Cullen in Rhodesia, Clay gives him some details about the mission, then Clay asks Alvin the name of that operation, Alvin tries to cover it up by saying he didn't remember it, Clay tries to force him to say it Alvin says the name of the mission, but Alvin doesn't know what to say , Clay draws his gun and points it at Ryan, calling him a traitor before shooting him in the shoulder, Alvin tries to stop Clay, but in the middle of a fight Clay shoots Alvin, but in the bulletproof vest he saves Alvin's life, Clay flees to a warehouse, where he tries to escape by getting into a truck, Clay is chased by Antonio Dawson, Erin Lindsay and Kevin Atwater, Clay opened the right door but had to go down, Clay tried to go up the left door but is intercepted by Antonio Dawson, who shoots him dead.
